Most issues are due to privacy or unsupported formats. Try these steps:

For best results, copy the URL from Instagram’s Share menu (avoid shorteners). If multiple qualities exist, we show the highest that the CDN exposes. Videos download as MP4; images as JPEG/PNG. We never ask for your Instagram password, and we do not permanently store media—downloads point directly to Instagram’s servers.

Límites y uso responsable

Private, deleted or age-restricted posts cannot be saved. If a link appears “unsupported”, ensure it looks like /reel/… o /p/….
